How to Check if Internet Service Provider (ISP) is not working

1. Try to access the application /module using another ISP and gadget
2. If the application can be opened using another ISP and gadget, there might be an issue with your Internet Service Provided.

How to do a tracert:

  1. On your PC, open a command prompt/CLI
  2. run: tracert admin-bhc.empowered.com.ph
  3. See the response from the server
